What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and an authentication identifier provided by our auth provider. We may also store basic usage metadata (sign-in times, page views) to operate and improve the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
What we don't collect
We do not collect government IDs, payment card data, geolocation, or any wagering activity. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party infrastructure for authentication, database, hosting, and sports-data APIs (including The Odds API and MLB Statcast). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember UI preferences. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us through the in-app channel. We will remove your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it by law.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected compromise.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
