By accessing or using EV Sniper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data; not to attempt to disrupt the Service; and not to use the Service to violate any applicable law.
5. No Wagers, No Advice
EV Sniper does not accept wagers and does not provide financial, investment, or wagering advice. All projections are statistical estimates only. See our Disclaimer.
6. Third-Party Data
The Service displays data from third parties (including The Odds API, MLB Statcast, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Sniper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or wagering losses, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
